The Cambodia Classic Automotive Club (CCAC) will see a congregation of vintage car enthusiasts organised by the club in Phnom Penh. The event will take place at the Cambodia Railway Station on Sunday from 1pm onwards.
“We expect 20-30 vintage vehicles to attend the second gathering and even more vintage vehicles lovers,” CCAC Public Relations Remy Hou Manager told Khmer Times when contacted.
The CCAC was created at the initiative of vintage car lovers and owners in Phnom Penh.
After last year’s success of the first gathering of vintage cars in Phnom Penh the second gathering is being organised on Sunday.
Initially, the club was set up as a non-profit organisation, aimed at gathering all vintage car lovers in Cambodia.
Members, he said, are also expected to attend regular meet-ups organised by the club.
“Club members are expected to possess genuine interest in vintage cars besides being ready to impart new knowledge and share their common interests with other members.
“The CCAC aims to organise gatherings on a regular basis in order to grow its community; it’s a fact that Cambodia is home to many vintage car owners and we hope for another good turnout this time around,” he added.
